needs an Assistant Manager to take on a variety of responsibilities.
The ideal candidate needs to be an energetic self-starter
with excellent communication and problem solving skills.

About Us
Cottage Mills is a growing supplier of creative products
to the craft, hobby, photo and gift markets. Our products
can be found in such retailers as Wal-Mart, Michaels,
Hobby Lobby, FedEx Kinko’s, as well as many independent
retailers. We are located in Waunakee, Wisconsin (just
North of Madison).
Responsibilities
Assist in all marketing and sales functions
Participate in the development and sourcing of new products
Create and maintain sales and marketing materials and
website
Identify new customers, initiate contact and handle
follow-up
Attend and assist in setup of 5 to 8 tradeshows per
year
Travel domestic and international approximately 10-15%
Essential Skills & Experience
Bachelors degree, Marketing preferred
An equivalent combination of experience/education will
be considered in lieu of a four-year degree
Strong computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office products
Experience with Illustrator, Photoshop and digital photography
are also helpful, but not required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative thinking/problem solving skills
Strong organizational and project management skills
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Initiative and follow-through
Attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
